Information we collect

• Order details: your email address, your name if you give it, the public usernames or post links you send us, the plans you choose and what you paid.
• Payment information: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of the payment and a payment reference, never your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us through the contact form, including your name, email and order number.
• Public content: to write your plan we look at the public profile or post you send us. We do not access anything that is private.

How we use it

• To write and deliver your plan and send your receipt.
• To show your order status when you look it up with your order number and email.
• To answer your questions and handle refunds.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Emails

We send emails about your order, such as your receipt and your finished plan, and replies to your messages. We do not send marketing emails.

Our emails may include a small invisible image and tracked links so we can see whether a message was opened and which links were clicked. This helps us confirm that plans actually reach you.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that help us run Growplot: Stripe for payments, our hosting provider and our email delivery provider. Each of them may use it only to provide their service to us. We never sell or rent your information.

Cookies and browser storage

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it is still there when you come back. Our visitor statistics are cookieless and do not identify you personally. The only cookie we set is a sign-in cookie used by the Growplot team's own order dashboard.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, tax and refund purposes, and contact messages for as long as needed to help you. After that we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you. Send us a message through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Growplot is not intended for anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
