1. What we sell

Growplot sells written advertising plans for Instagram and TikTok. A plan is a digital product: a PDF guide and a spreadsheet describing audiences, campaign settings, creative ideas, a suggested budget and a schedule for one goal on one account or post.

We do not sell or deliver followers, likes, views or any other engagement. We do not run ads for you, access your accounts or act on your behalf on any platform.

2. Your order

• You must give us a public profile or post that you own or are allowed to promote.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the username or link you provide. If you spot a mistake, tell us before we deliver and we will correct it.
• We may decline an order, for example when the content could not be advertised under the platform's ad policies or the law. If we decline, you get a full refund.

3. Ad spend and results

Running a plan means paying Meta or TikTok for ads. That spend is a separate agreement between you and the platform, under their terms, and it is never paid to us.

Goal sizes, budgets and costs in our plans are estimates based on typical results. Real results depend on your content, your audience, your location, the platform's review and delivery systems and other factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee a specific number of followers, likes or views.

4. Delivery

We aim to deliver every plan by email within 24 hours of payment. If something delays an order, we will tell you. You can check progress at any time on the order tracking page.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once per order. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Refunds and fixes

Our refund policy explains when you can get your money back and when we will revise a plan for free. It forms part of these terms.

7. Using your plan

Your plan is for your own accounts and your own business. You may use it as often as you like for those accounts, but you may not resell, republish or share it as a product of your own.

You are responsible for following the advertising policies of Meta and TikTok and the laws that apply to your ads, including rules on promotions, health claims and disclosures.

8. Independence from the platforms

Growplot is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta or TikTok, and their names are used only to describe which platform a plan is for.

9. Our liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for ad spend, lost profits or decisions made by Meta or TikTok about your account or your ads.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
